any right to claim ambiguity in the drawing or these official

Eligibility:
To enter, you must be a legal U.S. resident. T-Shirts will
ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants
under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian
to receive a prize.

U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants under
18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to receive
a prize.

If applicable, all federal, state, or other tax liabilities
will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not
comply with the official rules; the potential winner will be
disqualified.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official
rules and the decisions of TnOutdoorsmen.Com and waive any right
to claim ambiguity in the drawing or these official rules.
Winners and entrants of this drawing agree to release, discharge,
indemnify and hold harmless drawing entities and sponsors from
and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries,
damages, or losses to any person, including death, or property
of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,
from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation
in this drawing.
TnOutdoorsmen.Com and sponsors are not responsible for lost,
late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries.
Prize must be claimed within 30 days of email notification.
It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within
the specified time frame.
All unclaimed prizes will automatically be forfeited and will
be awarded to another entrant in a secondary drawing.
TnOutdoorsmen.Com is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize
at the end of the deadline.
In the event that a winner voluntarily chooses to not accept
a prize, he or she automatically forfeits all claims to that
prize. TnOutdoorsmen.Com then has the right to award that prize
to another entrant in a secondary drawing.
All shippable prizes will be shipped by best method, determined
by TnOutdoorsmen.Com.
TnOutdoorsmen.Com and sponsors are not responsible for any defective,
damaged or lost prizes.
TnOutdoorsmen.Com is not responsible for any computer, browser,
server, or other equipment malfunction that may interfere with
drawing entries.
Winners will be selected only from entries using this form.
TnOutdoorsmen.Com, prize sponsors and representatives are absolved
of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from this
drawing.
Winners of prizes are drawn electronically.
Additions or deletions to these rules or prizes may be made
at the discretion of TnOutdoorsmen.Com and may be enacted at
